| Southbound is
a 2003 32' Albemarle Express with twin 350HP Caterpillar
3126 engines. The boat has every factory option you
can get and has had some nice additions to make it an awesome
fishing machine. I plan on using the boat for
all types of offshore fishing. |
 |
| As you can see, I have loaded
the boat out with electronics. I removed the factory
tachs and installed two Flo Scan fuel management systems
in the bezels to monitor fuel consumption. This allows
me to completely tune the boat to get the best fuel economy.
I usually always drive the boat using these meters
because it shows me how much fuel is being used. I
can tell if the boat is not running right by the amount
of fuel that is being used. |

I had the transom fish box plumbed
in at a live well. I had two 1 1/2 overboard drains added
to allow the raw water that is pumped in from the 2000GPM pump
to escape. I have a ball valve on the output so I can use
this is a live well or a fish box if I want.
The boat is equipped with the
latest state-of-the-art electronics insuring that I will be
able to find the spots I am looking for and avoid the weather
and storms on the way.
